ifour were initially commissioned to update the CaseWare International website but following initial discussions, the project was extended to include the review of CaseWare's brand, marketing, and communications that underpin its online presence. This would require a trip out to Toronto for some of our team to meet all those involved in the project and really get an in-depth insight into the requirements.
The remit for the trip to Toronto was to work with CaseWare’s leadership team to deliver strategic workshops for the Sales, Marketing and Development teams to reposition the brand and gain a full understanding of their requirements for the project. It was an intense week, getting to grips with a sophisticated global B2B market that is undergoing enormous changes. Upon our return, we began acting as an extension of CaseWare International's 'in house' brand and marketing strategy team, working closely with the Global Marketing Manager to advise and shape the strategy for the sales and marketing functions. We have gone on to develop a responsive website that features Headless CMS, workable API integration, regionalised and translated content and vue components for distributors and training.
